Use the website only for lawful purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use. These website terms do not replace a provider’s service agreement and do not create an internet service order. No purchase is completed through the website’s ZIP tool or calculators.

Our role and provider relationships

Green Orange Connect is an independent internet shopping and referral service. We help people discuss options from participating providers or fulfillment partners. We are not the network operator, installer, billing company, or technical support department for your internet service.

We may receive compensation from participating providers or partners for referrals or orders. Our selection does not include every provider, plan, or offer in every area. A comparison or recommendation is not a representation of the entire market or a guarantee of the lowest price. Provider names, if used, identify their respective owners and do not imply ownership of this website.

Prices, promotions, and eligibility

Prices shown as “from,” “starting at,” or “as low as” apply only to select offers and qualifying addresses. The $29.99 per month figure is a starting offer to ask about, not a confirmed quote for every visitor. Eligibility, provider, geography, promotional periods, discounts, credit or identity requirements, service bundles, and payment method conditions may affect availability and price.

Taxes, government charges, equipment, activation, installation, shipping, deposits, data overages, and other provider charges may be additional. Promotional prices may change after an introductory period. A representative and the provider must confirm the current complete price and applicable conditions before you order.

Website content may be updated or corrected. An advertised figure, illustrative calculator result, or conversation starter is not a binding offer by Green Orange LLC to provide internet service at that price. These terms do not excuse misleading advertising or override any applicable consumer protection right.

ZIP tool, calculators, and illustrations

The ZIP tool accepts a five-digit entry and opens an offer inquiry. It does not query a live provider coverage database, validate deliverability, approve eligibility or credit, reserve a plan, or guarantee an installation appointment. Full address and provider confirmation are required.

The bill calculator compares monthly amounts entered or selected by the user. It does not account for all taxes, fees, promotional changes, switching costs, or service differences. Results are arithmetic illustrations, not guaranteed savings.

Speed suggestions and download times are educational estimates using simplified assumptions. Download illustrations use sample speeds and ideal transfer math. Real performance varies with the service, network, server, device, Wi-Fi, congestion, and other factors. They are not speed tests, professional recommendations, or provider performance commitments.

Ordering and provider service

If you choose to proceed with a provider, review its order confirmation, service agreement, price disclosures, privacy notice, equipment rules, and cancellation or return policy before agreeing. Your provider is responsible for accepting the order and delivering service under its agreement.

Installation timing, same-day service, equipment availability, upload and download speeds, connection reliability, coverage, and service quality are determined by the provider and circumstances at the address. Green Orange LLC does not guarantee them.

Do not cancel existing service until you have confirmed your new arrangements and any remaining contractual obligations. For outages, billing disputes, technical problems, or cancellations of existing service, contact the provider directly through its official support channels.

Calls, emails, and information accuracy

You choose whether to call or email us. Browsing the website, entering a ZIP code, or using a calculator is not consent to automated or prerecorded marketing calls, text messages, or call recording. Any legally required consent for a separate communication practice must be obtained appropriately.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during an inquiry and for being authorized to discuss or order service for the relevant address or account. Do not provide another person’s sensitive information without appropriate authorization. Carrier or communication charges may apply under your own telephone or data plan.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce harmful software, impersonate others, harvest personal information, or use our name and content to mislead consumers. Reasonable accessibility tools and lawful personal use are permitted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green Orange LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by reliance on an illustrative tool, website interruption, or a third-party service outside our control. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected claims.

Nothing in these terms removes nonwaivable consumer rights, limits a remedy where prohibited, or shifts a provider’s obligations to you. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.

A provider service dispute should also be raised with that provider. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising any legal right or contacting a regulator.

Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing here requires mandatory arbitration, waives class procedures, or forces you to give up a nonwaivable right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these website terms prospectively as our services change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. An update does not retroactively change an existing provider service agreement.
